How we measure and quote this model: We quote nominal sizes above. Your post center span will be approximately six inches smaller than your nominal size, and your roof span will be are 2"-4" larger than nominal size.

For example: if you order a size 16x20 gazebo, your post centers will span 15’-6" and your roof span will measure 20’-3”.   

Custom sizing in ready-to-assemble kit form: We fabricate your kit separately to your specs and ship it to you as a ready-to-assemble kit with instructions.

How anchored: More than half our customers purchase their kit with a floor (deck) and anchor the gazebo posts to the deck. This often times is sufficient anchoring depending on your size and locale. But you may need to use 'earth anchors' or anchor the posts directly to concrete footings or a concrete slab.

Shipping: We ship direct-to-you, nationwide. We offload your crate/skid directly to your driveway.

Wind resistance: up to 195mph if engineered. Ask us about our engineering services.

Maintenance free: vinyl structures do not require periodic staining. They clean very easily with mild soap.

• All wood is 100% treated Southern Yellow Pine, #1 Grade, kiln dried and smooth-sanded.
• The wood is protected from the elements with Wolf Trim™ high density PVC trimboard. This trimboard is used as exterior trim on senior housing condominiums, apartment buildings, and new homes nationwide.
• Ready-to-assemble kit, pre-cut and pre-drilled
• Nominal 4x4 treated pine posts with vinyl sleeves.
