Upon receipt of your payment, our outside design and engineering firm will create a preliminary set of drawings for you to review.
The drawing set will typically include a plan view, elevation views, sections, fastener detail, heights, widths, and component counts. Please review the drawings closely and either approve them for engineering or request changes.
Once you have approved the preliminary set of drawings, we will submit them for engineering. A professional engineer licensed in your state will review the drawings, design your preferred foundation, perform calculations, stamp/seal them, and provide you with digital and hard copies.
