Many customers ask us to modify one of our standard designs. We can fabricate atypical sizes, alter the post spacing, or eliminate middle posts. We can incorporate a unique rafter tail design, a unique corner brace design, or extend the roof overhang. We can change the roof pitch, or add a privacy wall. Please let us know what you have in mind.
Note: we do many modifications, and do not have the ability to make a unique assembly manual for all of them. Our standard assembly manuals are all that is provided. Please review them here prior to ordering. If you need assistance during assembly, of course we stand ready to help via phone and shared images.
Note: We do not charge a customization fee for odd sizes (rectangular or square) of our standard designs (e.g. Classic, Serenity, etc.). For example, the price for a 11'-9" x 15'-10" would be the same price as a 12x16.
