Delivery is always a bugaboo. The carefully built wooden crate was demolished when the truckers were through with it, but the pergola parts only had a few blemishes.
Comments:
Fred offered to replace them but I didn't feel they were severe enough to warrant that expense to the company. Assembly straightforward but not without hiccups.
