How measured and quoted: Measured and quoted to the outside face of posts. The rafters and top runners extend past the outside face of posts about 1 ft. Example: For a 10x12 size, the outside face of the posts are 10ft from the wall and 12ft apart. The roof span is 11x14.
One Mounting Option:
2x6 rafters are mounted flush into the face of the 2x8 ledger board. You will need 8” of wall space. The bottom of the ledger is level with the top of the post.
